Ingredients-
Chicken- 1kg
Oil- 50 ml
Onion- 100gm
Yoghurt- 150gm
Ginger- 15gm
Garlic- 10gm
Green chili- 6-7pieces
Coriander leaves- 50gm
Mint leaves- 30gm
Cumin- 5gm
Spinach paste- 30gm
Ghee- 5gm
Procedure-
1. Cut the chicken into small pieces mix them with salt and fry them in a little amount of heated oil.
2. Make a paste of yoghurt, onion, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chili in the blender.
3. Heat oil in a pan and cook the mixed spices paste and add the chicken meat with them.
4. Cook it for 10 minutes in a low flame.
5. Pour ghee in a separate pan and add spinach and cumin and cooked chicken, stir them in a way that spinach paste mix with chicken.
6. Cook them until the meat becomes soft and mushy.
