Ingredients
Broiler Chicken- 1kg
Oil- 20 mL
Butter- 30gm
Onion slice- 50gm
Ginger paste- 10gm
Garlic Paste- 5gm
Tomato paste- 10gm
Green chili - 5gm
Kasuri Methi- 2gm
Fresh cream- 20gm
Salt- according to taste
Turmeric - 2.5gm
Garam Masala- 2gm
Procedure-
1. Cut the chicken into small pieces mix them with salt and fry them in a little amount of heated oil.
2. Fry the onion in the oil until they turned into golden brown on the pan
3. Now, add the spices (garlic, ginger paste, green chili, turmeric, tomato paste) in the pan and cook it until the raw smell goes off.
4. Pour the chicken pieces on the pan and cook them with spices for a few minutes.
5. Add garam masala and butter and cook it until the raw smell of masala goes off.
6. Then add a little water on the pan and cook them.
7. When the chicken will be soft and mussy, add fresh cream and kasuri methi and stirred them.
8. Now, serve the butter chicken masala with your desired condiments.
