Ingredients
Broiler Chicken- 1kg
Coconut paste- 10gm
Cashew nut paste- 10gm
Fried onion- 50gm
Ginger paste- 10gm
Garlic paste- 5gm
Green Chili- 6-7 pieces
Turmeric- 2gm
Coconut milk- 50ml
Salt- according to taste
Ghee- 10gm
Oil- 40ml
Garam Masala- 3gm
Procedure-
Cut the chicken into small pieces and add turmeric and salt, saute them in the heated oil.
Cook all the spices with fried onion in the heated oil.
Add coconut milk, green chili & ghee in the pan after a few minutes.
Cover the pan with the lid and cook the meat for 10 minutes.
Now, serve the dish to your loved ones.
